Gently dab and smooth a pea size of product on clean face, neck and
décolletage after toner or our Barcola Azzurro Mare Replenishing Elixir
with Hyaluronic Acid. Use PM. Do not use during the day.

GODDESS SKIN TIP: Use immediately after our Barcola Azzurro
Mare Replenishing Elixir with Hyaluronic Acid, while skin is still moist
from the serum, for even more dramatic and long-lasting effects.

Is the Bakuchiol in this lotion the real Sytenol A?

Yes. We source our Sytenol® A Bakuchiol from Sytheon, the only producers of this active ingredient.

Is Bakuchiol the same as Retinol?

No, Bakuchiol is not Retinol. Bakuchiol is a completely unique active ingredient that provides the same clinical results Retinol is known for, but with the added benefit that can be used during the day, as it's not photo-toxic, and it's a non-sensitizing ingredient so it won't irritate the skin.

Would this cream with Bakuchiol and Retinol irritate my skin?

90% of the individuals that tested this formula experienced no skin irritation or sensitivity.

Is this set safe for pregnant/breastfeeding women?

Bakuchiol is not like all retinols (vitamins A), and because it is not related to vitamin A that it might be considered safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Exquisite!

I've waited for this product all my adult life! This bakuchiol lotion is everything I expected from By Valenti and then some. The scent is very delicate, like all her skincare products. The lotion feels velvety and light when applied even though it's rather thick. It absorbs rapidly and you feel this refreshing sensation. There's no irritation I could notice, redness or discomfort this this bakuchiol lotion compared to others I've tried. I started noticing changes in my skin around 7-10 days after I started applying it. All my friends have noticed the changes in my skin appearance. It's smoother, brighter and wrinkles are almost gone. My perioral dermatitis hasn't flared up, and those ocassional pimples, gone. If I could give a 10 star review I would. Definitely one of my favorite products. Highly recommended!
