It provides immediate plumping hydration on contact, leaving skin beautifully soft and moisturized.

Bakuchiol Smoothing Serum is lightweight, nourishing and readily absorbed bright golden honey colored dry oil, with a pleasant floral-fruity aroma derived from the lavender, bergamot, Egyptian geranium rose, and sea buckthorn oils in the formula.

Almost no oily residue is left behind after proper application. Leaves skin silky soft.

décolletage after toner or our Barcola Azzurro Mare Replenishing Elixir
with Hyaluronic Acid. Use PM. Do not use during the day.

Bakuchiol Smoothing Serum

Smooth a few drops of Bakuchiol Smoothing Serum on face, neck and décolletage. Allow serum to fully absorb. Use AM and PM for best results.

Product Q&A

Can I use both serum and lotion at night?

Yes. Apply the cream first and let it absorb for a few seconds, before sealing in all that moisture with the Bakuchiol serum.

Can I use the lotion during the day as well?

Because of the retinol (vitamin A) contained in the lotion, and the potential for retinol being phototoxic, we do not recommend using the Night Repair Cream
during the day or when skin is exposed to the sun.

Is this set safe for pregnant/breastfeeding women?

Because our Bakuchiol Night Repair Cream in this set contains retinol (vitamin A) additionally to bakuchiol, this set is not safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Is this made with bakuchiol or bakuchiol extract?

There's no such thing as "bakuchiol extract". Bakuchiol is an oil like ingredient, a meroterpene phenol composed of just one molecule. This molecule is know as Bakuchiol.

Babchi (Psoralea corylifolia) extract, is a water-based ingredient produced by water extraction from the leaves and flowers of the plant, and does not contain any of the bakuchiol molecule. Instead this "extract" misleadingly labeled as bakuchiol can cause severe photosensitivity, erythema, and blistering as it contains high levels of a photo-toxic compound called Psoralen.

Effective and potent to the last pump

I’m in love with this antiaging! I’ve been using it for less than a month and the thin lines around my eyes have completely disappeared! The lotion is very creamy and rich and it smells really nice!

Another one of By Valenti products that doesn't disappoint!! This anti-aging is not only creamy, silky smooth and soooo refreshing it works!! I thought my skin would be on fire because this cream combines retinol and bakuchiol, but not only it's gentle on my sensitive skin, my skin is loving every pump!! I'm dumping the herbivore and the ordinary. Not worth spending for cheap watered down products that don't work. Highly recommended!!

Best bakuchiol product I've tried

I'm a woman, early 30's with acne, acne scars and some fine lines, no wrinkles yet.

I bought this oil serum because it was recommended by an influencer on the flip shop app. I was using the herbivore bakuchiol without any visible results and when I found out herbivore's bakuchiol doesn't actually contain bakuchiol I stopped buying their products altogether.

I've used this serum for a solid month now with my morning and evening routines. First of the packaging is absolutely elegant and timeless. On its own it stands out among the many other products with colorful bottles and pqckaging. I ove the chunky, heavy bottle and the dropper! I can get the amount of product I need without waste. The sweet scent is delicate and not overpowering at all. The oil feels silky smooth and soaks in right away without leaving my skin greasy which is a plus. I do recommend not overdoing it. All you need is really 2 drops of product morning and evening. There's a lot of product on this bottle, so even though it's pricey it will last you. I've used for a month and I have barely scrapped the surface.

I started noticing the difference this product made on my skin almost immediately. A week into applying it consistently twice a day as recommended my skin not only looked brighter and healthier, the breakouts and scars and fine lines were visibly smoother and starting to fade away. By week two my acne was surprisingly under control and my skin appeared much, much healthier than ever before. It's been a month now and I cannot live without this serum. My skin is almost perfect! My acne and breakouts are under control, and the skin around my eyes is smooth and plumped.

This bakuchiol is the real deal. You will not be disappointed!

Exquisite!

I've waited for this product all my adult life! This bakuchiol lotion is everything I expected from By Valenti and then some. The scent is very delicate, like all her skincare products. The lotion feels velvety and light when applied even though it's rather thick. It absorbs rapidly and you feel this refreshing sensation. There's no irritation I could notice, redness or discomfort this this bakuchiol lotion compared to others I've tried. I started noticing changes in my skin around 7-10 days after I started applying it. All my friends have noticed the changes in my skin appearance. It's smoother, brighter and wrinkles are almost gone. My perioral dermatitis hasn't flared up, and those ocassional pimples, gone. If I could give a 10 star review I would. Definitely one of my favorite products. Highly recommended!
